the current school counseling services provided at Shamrock Elementary School. The Counseling Center at Shamrock Elementary
School takes pride in the services it provides to it's students.
Statement of Diversity
Shamrock Elementary School believes that all students are worthy of a dignified
education, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, family structure, disability status,
sexual orientation or cultural traditions. As a school, we strive to help all students develop an appreciation of personal
uniqueness, a respect for others and a sense of responsibility for accepting others in the community. As a school, we are
committed to exploring differences by integrating age-appropriate activities that educate our students about diversity issues.
We accompany our classroom studies with diversity presentations including assemblies, guest speakers and special events.
As a school, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward attitudes or behaviors that express discrimination or prejudice. Overall,
we believe that diversity is essential to a quality education.
